About Weissr
Weissr is building the next-generation Capex platform, fundamentally changing how capital-intensive enterprises plan, prioritise and allocate their investments. Our approach is not theoretical, it is proven in practice and described in the book Redesigning Capex Strategy, written by our founders and based on more than two decades of hands-on experience.
Today, Weissr is used by large enterprise customers across Europe and North America, with users in more than 70 countries. Our customers include global leaders in capital-intensive industries such as energy, chemicals and manufacturing.
Backed by our new majority owner Monterro, we are entering our most ambitious growth phase to date, with a clear objective to scale recurring revenue 5x. This requires focus, pace and strong customer partnerships that drive successful implementations, high adoption and long-term ARR growth.
Our culture is built around the idea that everyone is an entrepreneur. This means taking ownership, putting customers first, being open about both successes and setbacks, acting with speed, and building trust across the team.
