In these terms, "you" means the person using the site. If you use the site on behalf of a company or other organisation, "you" also includes that organisation.
2. Relationship to customer agreements
These terms cover the public website only. Access to and use of the Weissr platform is governed by the customer agreement signed between Weissr and the customer. If these terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement applies.
3. Use of the site
The site is intended for business users and adults. You may use it to learn about Weissr and our services and to contact us. You must follow applicable law when using the site.
You may not:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our systems or other users' data
- test, probe or scan the site for vulnerabilities without our written permission
- disrupt or overload the site, or spread malware or other harmful code through it
- use the site to send spam or other unsolicited marketing
- pretend to be Weissr, one of our employees or anyone else
If you find a security vulnerability in the site or our services, please report it to security@weissr.com. Describe the issue and how to reproduce it. Do not access, change or delete data that is not yours, and give us reasonable time to fix the issue before you share information about it with others.
We may restrict or block access to the site if we believe you have broken these terms or the law. We may report suspected crimes to the authorities.
We may change, suspend or close any part of the site at any time.

The content on the site, including text, graphics, images, video, downloadable material, software, logos and trademarks, belongs to Weissr or our licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark law and other laws.

When you fill in a form, book a demo, subscribe to content or contact us through the site, we process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Please do not send us confidential information through the site unless we have agreed in writing how it will be handled.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about Weissr or our services, we may use them freely without any obligation to you. You keep any rights you have in the material you send.

If you break these terms and this causes a third-party claim against Weissr, you will compensate Weissr for the resulting loss and reasonable costs.

11. Governing law and disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by Swedish law, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Disputes will be settled by Swedish courts, with Göteborgs tingsrätt (Gothenburg District Court) as the court of first instance.
If you are a consumer, this does not take away any protection or right to bring proceedings that you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest of the terms still apply. If we do not enforce a right under these terms, we have not waived it.
